PETERBOROUGH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA NEEDED A FIRST-CLASS LAUNDRY FACILITY, SO WE BUILT IT.

Our Goal:

We would like our customers to enjoy a positive experience every time they visit this location. Whether they’re using our pickup and delivery services, coming into the store for dry cleaning or wash dry fold services, or utilizing our self-serve laundromat, we want to always meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

Our Philosophy:

While anyone can install laundry equipment into a retail space and wait for it to earn money, that’s not the approach we’ve taken.

We would like this facility to be an extension of our customers’ homes and businesses, a laundry room away-from-home, like any home laundry room, only much larger with many more machines. As a result, we’ve begun investing in the best equipment available today, and will continue to do so until all of the existing washers have been replaced.

We know our customers on a first name basis. We know whether they’ve lived in Peterborough their entire lives, or just moved here last month. We want to know them. We strive to build relationships with them. In doing so, we can provide better services tailored to their needs and preferences.

Our Mission:

We intend to follow a cycle of continuous improvement. To do so, we will depend on and listen to all customer suggestions and feedback. We will strive to offer exceptional services in order to become an appreciated resource that benefits the local community.

So far, we’ve:

Installed a new soap vending machine
Re-painted the entire store
Installed new brighter, environmentally-friendly lighting
Replaced aging/broken laundry carts, added 3 additional laundry carts
Installed a new, commercial-free digital music system
Installed (2) new top-loading washing machines
Installed (3) new 20 lb front-loading washing machines
Installed (3) new 60-Pound Capacity Washers
Added a plastic recycling trash receptacle
Started allowing after-hours customer restroom access
Added pickup & delivery services for wash dry fold as well as dry cleaning
Installed a dedicated workspace or “laptop bar” complete w/ phone/computer/tablet charging stations
Installed new seating
Offered improved cleanliness of the overall facility
Completed numerous significant plumbing upgrades
Completed several large-scale electrical upgrades
Resurfaced all folding tables and counter spaces
Extended counter hours to 6pm every weekday
